As a brief introduction, BLH are a Tasmanian based company specifically set-up to provide Project
Management, Work Pack Development, Fabrication, Mechanical Installation and Labour Hire services
for heavy industries. We have a great relationship and reputation with existing clients and are well
known for being “On time”, “On Budget”, “Zero Harm”. Our employees comprise a diverse team
of talented individuals who have evolved with the company.
Our company commenced in 2001 to supply skilled trades personnel to industries within Northern Tasmania.
Due to high demands for experienced trades personnel, Bart’s Labour Hire Pty Ltd was established to provide
specialised labour hire services to Mining, Industrial and Energy sectors.
With increased knowledge and experience BLH Engineering & Construction has emerged to represent a
comprehensive range of services and skills to the wider business community.
With our business based on a foundation of long-term customer relationships, BLH is continuing to further
strengthen and develop its core business and pursue new opportunities both in Australia and further abroad. |

| Labour Hire/FIFO |
An integral part of our company is our specialist supervised labour hire service. We have a fully developed
database of experienced personnel (Australia wide) allowing our company to undertake single source
construction, maintenance and shutdown projects.
Our Flexibility and the willingness of our personnel to travel domestically and internationally are our key
strengths. Our personnel have an extensive background and knowledge in heavy industry, mining and energy
sectors across Australia. Our HR division is experienced in rapid deployment of breakdown and shutdown crews
and has the technical support to communicate with all personnel globally.
The multi-skilling of our personnel maximises resource effectiveness in all work sectors as well as lowering project recruitment costs – “On Time”, On Budget”, “Zero Harm”. |

and Engineering divisions. Our internal OHS&E division audit our Safety Management System and provide KPI
data to clients on our compliance. |
