Responding to requirements of clients, regulatory bodies and the community, BLH has integrated management systems that demonstrate responsible environmental performance, provide a safe working environment and deliver quality products and services. These systems ensure we manage quality, safety and environmental issues, whilst avoiding unnecessary duplication.
BLH builds positive relationships with both employees and clients, allowing close liaison with contracted company management and senior BLH management staff when on site.
Our Human Resource system delivers mentoring and on-going support, along with training that assists BLH employees to have an understanding of the culture of the workplace and client expectations.
Internal quality controls include a comprehensive and stringent code of ethics, adhered to by all employees. |
